“The Ethiopians also have two chapels in the Holy Sepulchre itself, although their ownership is disputed by the croptic Orthodox Church.
One is the Chapel of St. Michael, the other is the Chapel of the Four Living Creatures which leads out onto the roof of the Holy Sepulchre. In this chapel, a large, brightly painted modern oil painting on the wall tells the story of King Solomon receiving the Queen of Sheba in Jerusalem.
The King stands near his throne, a prominent Star of David on his chest. Behind him are Jewish sages, with the black garb and hair curls of today’s ultra-orthodox Jews.”
